The development of AI requires not only the creation of conditions such as investments, training and education, access to data, but also a broad public and international consensus on the ethical, legal and other issues related to the use of the AI in order to define the right place for AI in the human society. It is of utmost importance to have a broad public debate that leads to a better understanding of the nature of AI and it future applications.
