Dispositivo nanoanalítico del aliento para detectar las primeras etapas del asma y la diabetes. NanoScanBreath

The main object of this proposal is to develop small, portable, inexpensive sensors able to detect chemical markers from asthma (NO2) and diabetes (acetone and ethanol), two significant diseases at European level. In the previous project (MAGBIOSEN), we have demonstrated, at lab level, that a resistive sensor based on Few-Layered Mesoporous Graphene (FLMG) has enhanced properties, for selective detection of NO2, whereas spin wave sensor mediated by ferrite nanoparticles is an inexpensive, portable and reusable device for ketones chemical markers.
